WAIT – Day 10
Ok, I’m getting really bad at this. Somebody needs to scream at me because I’m slacking up on my walking and my blogging.
I did go for a walk yesterday – right about a mile’s worth. It was cold – below freezing – but I was still able to work up a little bit of a sweat.
One thing I’m proud of, though, is that on Saturday I weighed myself again. I was a little nervous about it because I honestly didn’t expect any results in that short of a time. However, I lost 2 pounds over the last week. Yay for me.
I was a little excited about it, though. It gave me a little encouragement to keep at it.
Keep at it! I’m sure your vacation hasn’t been great for your progress. Vacations never are! 🙂 Reading Dr. Phil’s book really helped me when I lost weight (12 lbs) back in Oct. You should read a little. I never even finished it, but it really fired me up!
